The Country Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth in equipment sales by strategically managing customer portfolios and expanding market share within the assigned territory. Through strong customer relationships, building trust and innovation, they position BIA as the preferred partner. They proactively identify future business opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement growth-focused sales & marketing strategies. Additionally, they build and lead a high-performing sales organization capable of meeting evolving customer needs and delivering sustainable commercial success.
