RMO Mali is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for a company specializing in the manufacture, sales and distribution of detergents and household chemicals a HR Manager (H/F)
Missions
The ideal candidate would be crucial in ensuring the organization’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals and would act as a bridge between employees and management, overseeing various functions related to talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Principales Taches
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Mediate disputes and resolve conflicts within teams.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design development programs.
Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Set KPIs and monitor employee progress.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
Oversee payroll and ensure timely disbursements.
Review and benchmark against industry standards.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Update HR policies to reflect organizational changes.
Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Workforce Planning and Analytics:
Forecast workforce needs based on business goals.
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction).
Develop strategies to enhance employee retention.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
Promote initiatives that ensure a diverse and equitable workplace.

Formation souhaitée
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a reputable HR certification.
Expériences nécessaires
10yrs work experience
Bilingual – French & English [working knowledge proficiency]
Previous work experience in an FMCG Industry preferably an added advantage.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial unit.
Strong knowledge of Malian Labour regulations and laws.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in an ERP financial software eg. SAP or ORACLE and Microsoft Office Suite.
Savoir Faire Requis :
Ability to navigate workforce transitions and layoffs and recruitments.
Experience in HR management or a related role.
Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS) and data analysis tools.
